Earning Potential

BCG Securities offers a very competitive payout grid with some of the highest payout percentages in the industry. Joining our team, you'll have unlimited opportunity to build a stream of renewable income. You have two choices—a 1099 Independent Contractor or a W-2 Firm employee. Our W-2 employee model allows for full sales support, office space and benefits.

We offer free weekly webcasts and innovative seminars in our own BCG University. Seminars cover a wide array of topics and are offered throughout the year.

BCG and Pershing hold compliance and sales conferences throughout the year in multiple locations.

Marketing Information

A comprehensive supply of literature for various products is available to you. These items are updated on a regular basis to ensure that advisors have the latest selling tools at their disposal.

Advisor Support

We believe our advisors should be using their skills in front of clients rather than at a keyboard or photocopier. Accordingly, our administration department provides an excellent support system to our advisors.

Client Management System

Our computer database allows us to analyze and prepare detailed client information for our advisors to work through and ensure that we leave no stone unturned—first-class customer service is the core of our success.

Online Account Access

BCG Securities offers online account access for your clients to view their accounts. It also retains three years of statements and tax forms for easy accessibility.
