
Lynn is a senior retirement plan consultant in the BCG Securities, Inc. Western Regional office, providing investment advisory services, retirement plan design, installation, employee education, fiduciary support, assisting with insurance needs, and providing financial consulting services.
Lynn was previously a Regional Vice President with Pan American Retirement & Investment Services, where she was providing similar services for corporate retirement plan clients and their participants. Lynn also held various retirement plan consulting and marketing positions with CIGNA Retirement & Investment Services’ Pacific regional offices. She provided retirement plan installation and compliance support, managed the Southern California consulting staff, and served as a regional sales consultant.
Lynn has over 25 years of retirement plan and investment experience. During her tenure in the retirement planning industry, Lynn has specialized in 401(k) plan design, plan administrator training, fiduciary support, and employee education. Lynn has spoken at various Mid-Sized Pension and American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) conferences. She has also presented educational seminars on topics including: plan administration and compliance, filing with the IRS, ERISA 404(c) compliance, successful 401(k) plan operation and employee education, trends in the 401(k) market, reducing fiduciary liability, 401(k)’s for start-up companies, managing 401(k) costs, understanding Social Security & Medicate, and credit and debt management strategies. Lynn developed retirement plan coursework for the Employers Group, as part of their benefit certificate program, and she continues to conduct retirement plan workshops for H.R. and finance professionals.
